I also recommend using Cheat Terminal to boost a few levels and get a basic load out, because Commonwealth 2.0 is going to crank every enemy encounter right past 11 and straight into Mick Gordon. I suggest starting with nothing but Infinite Answer and your Player Customization mods, getting out into the world, and then activating everything else. It's running fairly well, as long as you stay north of the river, lol. So far I've only tested this on XB1 (wanted to get it nice and playable there before moving it over to Series S). Just when you think you've got your head wrapped around LO, this game slaps you back down, lol.
